Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in the original packaging, ensuring all functional labels and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our lab verifies the product integrity, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
